Everyone is welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or a regular to group sessions, our varied timetable provides something for you!

 Advanced tennis| For experienced and/or club players that are looking to develop the mental, physical, tactical and technical aspects of their game. And…win.Back Care Pilates (Tuesday 10:50-11:50) ı Beginner level, focusing on the deep postural muscles to develop core strength, balance & mobility and reduce back/joint pain. Cardio Tennis| Get moving and keep up with this music fuelled, tennis based workout. You do NOT need to be a tennis player to take part!!

Core Stretch | Make the most of your midsection, limber up and switch on ALL your core muscles in this vitally important class.

Fitness Pilates Fusion | A combination of Fitness Pilates & Body Conditioning to increase core strength, improve flexibility and boost balance through the use of stability balls, resistance bands and light hand weights. (Studio)

Yoga | Strive for an emotional stability and clarity of mind, increase strength & flexibility, take control of your body, enjoy the experiential science of self-study and become aware of you deepest nature in this most enlightening of classes. (Studio)

Pole fitness | Pole fitness is the perfect way to have a fun energetic workout that will help you tone up, lose weight, gain confidence and feel amazing! Classes are suitable for all ages (16+) and fitness abilities.
